Industrial Services & Spare Parts accounts for 10% of this spend, with presence in 8 sites across 5 countries (Spain, Germany, France, Poland, and Belgium).

About the role

• Participate actively in strategic procurement activities for Maintenance & Repair Services in Dunkerque.
• Increase transparency of subcategory spend in Dunkerque and drive cost reductions.
• Collaborate with internal customers and logistics teams to ensure effective procurement and business continuity.
• Work with Lead Buyers and logistics teams on market research, price benchmarking, and supplier profiling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contracts for mills/sites.
• Develop and maintain supplier profiles; manage relationships and monitor contract compliance.
• Achieve savings and KPI targets, supporting analyses such as:

- Spend data and financial analysis

- Performance reporting

- Category strategy development (e.g., market research, benchmarks)

• Ensure procurement effectiveness and business continuity through cross-site collaboration.
• Participate in cross-functional groups and projects.

Your profile

Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or Supply Chain.

Proven procurement experience.

1-3 years in financial analysis is an asset.

Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and comfort with numbers.

Technical knowledge of contracts, systems, project management, and negotiation.

Leadership, communication skills, and interest in industry trends and market analysis.

Customer and result-oriented, able to work under deadlines and adapt to change.

Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
