Adecco Romania is recruiting for its client, a major player in the road and highway construction sector, a Buyer, for Pitesti.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the Procurement Manager in defining the procurement plan to purchase goods and services;
  2. Preparing requests for offers to submit to suppliers and managing commercial and contractual negotiation activities with identified suppliers, to pursue goals such as economy, synergy, qualitative excellence, and lead time optimization;
  3. Analyzing, comparing, and evaluating offers received from suppliers and preparing summary tabulations of the final offers and recommendations;
  4. Drafting terms and conditions related to contracts and purchase orders, coordinating with requesting departments;
  5. Managing supplier relations in compliance with the Group’s Code of Ethics and Organization, Management, and Control Model;
  6. Supporting analysis related to reporting and identifying corrective actions to manage and mitigate criticalities in the procurement process.

Candidate Profile:

  1. 5-6 years of experience in similar roles within national and/or multinational project-based contexts;
  2. A Master's Degree in Engineering is a plus;
  3. Ability to manage structured procurement processes;
  4. Very good knowledge and utilization of negotiation strategies;
  5. Excellent proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP MM;
  6. Strong organizational and decision-making skills;
  7. Strong negotiation skills;
  8. Results-driven, capable of managing priorities in a highly demanding environment;
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
