This role involves coordinating procurement activities for Airbus's Customer Service Aerostructures, focusing on fleet efficiency. The candidate will analyze business needs, manage sourcing strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction through reliable procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and challenge requirements based on technical and procurement feasibility.
• Act as the prime interface with stakeholders and steer KPIs related to procurement.
• Define and implement procurement approaches aligned with program and project constraints.
• Organize tender evaluations, supplier selection, and negotiations.
• Support proposal activities through various supply management functions.
• Coordinate procurement for upgrade, retrofit, or repair projects.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and manage risks.
• Develop procurement performance dashboards.
• Implement agile supplier selection solutions.
• Maintain supply chain competitiveness and monitor procurement risks.

Candidate Profile:

• First experience in procurement, aviation sector experience a plus.
• Interest in technical aspects and strong communication skills.
• Analytical, result-oriented, team player, flexible.
• Good sourcing knowledge, financial acumen, innovative thinking.
• Proficient in digital applications, with international exposure.
