Butler / Concierge / Hospitality Manager in UHNW private household, Paris

Based in Paris with seasonal travel throughout Europe

UHNW family is seeking an exceptional Hospitality Manager with a skill set in butlering, concierge service, household management and governess-level care to join a dedicated team operating across prestigious private residences.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a high level of discretion, initiative, and hospitality expertise, with the goal of running each property as if it were a 5-star boutique hotel.

Base & Travel

  • Primary residence: Paris Seasonal residences: Europe Flexibility to travel and adapt working hours based on the family’s schedule and presence

Key Responsibilities

  • Household Operations (All Residences) Maintain and elevate the standard of each property to 5-star excellence Oversee cupboard, linen, silverware, and inventory management Organize libraries, personal items, and reordering of principal products Supervise packing/unpacking, turn-down service, deep cleaning and wardrobe care Monitor and maintain household pharmacies (expiry dates, replenishment) Entertaining & Guest Experience Welcome and care for guests and principals Plan and execute aperitifs, cocktail hours and dinner parties with white-glove service Create stunning table settings and seasonal decorations Work with top-tier floral designers Assist with holiday decor and gift selection/wrapping Staff Management Guide and train new team members with a hands-on, collaborative approach Supervise uniforms, grooming, and staff presentation Lead by example and ensure harmonious team culture Projects & Admin Develop detailed house directories for all residences Coordinate and follow up on design and renovation projects Provide styling and decor suggestions Manage budgets, prepare quotes, and maintain clear monthly expense reports

Work Schedule

  • Full-time presence required when the family is in residence or during events/holidays Flexible hours depending on the family’s needs and travel schedule

This position can be live-in (a very nice separate apartment) or live-out.

c. €3,000 - €4,000 NET per month, depending on experience and accommodation requirements.
