A leading international company is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Truck Division in the Iberian region. About the job

As a Business Development Manager – Truck Division Iberia, you will be responsible for the Spanish region, developing the customer portfolio and strategy. You will be a member of the European sales organization and provide day-to-day support to Company distributors in both markets.

What are you going to do as a Business Development Manager?

  • Provide daily support to Company distributors in Spain, including ordering, payment control, delivery, and inquiries.
  • Monitor business services related to both aftermarket segments, with occasional business trips to other EU countries.
  • Create regular market reports on competitors' activities and market changes.
  • Propose competitive pricing strategies, including discounts, and contribute to developing national price lists.
  • Assist Business Development Managers in meeting sales targets.
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, presentations, and training sessions for Company customers/distributors.
  • Support advertising and PR activities, advising on advertising strategies, collaborating with distributors, and coordinating advertising and PR with magazines and trade shows.

What do you bring as a Business Development Manager?

  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish automotive aftermarket at regional and national levels.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with an international aftermarket supplier or automotive distributor, either as an account manager or in product management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, especially Excel (pivots, VLOOKUPs).
  • Willingness to travel (driving license category B); approximately 80% of your time will involve business trips.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing) – the official company language.

About the Team

You will be part of an international sales team, reporting to the regional Sales Director and collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager responsible for the region.
