Rubybrunch in Poitiers is seeking friendly team members to join the all-day brunch concept. Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient dining experience for Guests.

The role also includes taking care of soiled tableware, assisting with course transitions, refilling drinks, and ensuring restrooms are attended regularly. We offer days-only shifts, medical and dental benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and pay increases.

Responsabilités

• Clearing tables after guests leave the table
• Between seatings promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths and reset for next party
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc.
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
• Serve guests refills as needed and remove used tableware between courses

Job Summary:

Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the Guests

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
• Clear tables after guests leave the table
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths - check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
• Serve Guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
