Une entreprise de livraison reconnue recherche un Business Units Success Manager pour coordonner des projets transversaux au sein de ses unités commerciales. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience significative en gestion de projets dans un environnement de logistique et d'e-commerce, avec un passion pour l'optimisation des opérations et un excellent niveau d'anglais et de français.

Responsabilités

  • Collaborer avec des unités commerciales et des équipes transversales pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des services.
  • Organiser des réunions de suivi et évaluer les KPI des unités commerciales.
  • Former les parties prenantes pour tirer parti des solutions groupées.

In the context of its ambitious international growth the Geopost head office is strengthening its coordination across projects and across business units in different countries. The Marketing department is recruiting a Business Units success managers.

Status : Cadre

Management report : The position is reporting directly to the Head of BU success, in the marketing department, based in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, France.

Functional management of Business Units project teams : Marketing, Digital, Communication and IT.

Business stakes of the Geopost Marketing department :

Co-design and develop and roll out delivery, digital and marketing services for business units to enrich their international and domestic value proposition to shippers and consumers. Support business units achieve their business growth ambitions.

Mission & Responsibilities

As Business Units success manager, you collaborate directly with selected Business Units (BU), cross functional teams (Marketing, sales, operations, customer service, IT) to support the design and implementation of services common to several business units, taking into account the local market and business unit specificities. The mission is based around 4 pillars:

Program management to plan the different projects in a business-unit centric view, according to group projects and products roadmaps, steercos, roll out capabilities, and specifically taking into account the business units' local projects ambitions over next 2-3 years.

Maintain a BU-specific projects roadmap on a monthly basis, according to group or BU projects impacting marketing, sales, operations, customer service and IT.

Organize and drive BU regular program review meetings, report progress, identify risks and propose mitigation.

Liaise with all relevant BU representatives and head office project / product managers, and support their progress and success.

Follow up on business units KPIs regarding selected processes and how ongoing projects impact these KPIs.

Be the voice of business units towards the head office functions, help business units qualify their change requests. Discover and master business unit cross-functional organization and end-to-end processes, from order to cash (customer management etc.), to production from collection of parcels to final delivery, customer service and reporting, taking a customer-centric approach (outside-in), through internal documents, interviews, field visits, and external interviews when relevant, to identify friction points.

Data management education, highlighting key reference data, referentials, dataflows, and data quality action plans to leverage applications at BU level, and support specific action plans.

Train and support key stakeholders in business units to leverage group solutions ecosystem, combining applications and processes, referentials, and backend settings.

Profile and skills required :

  • Passionate about supporting business growth and operations efficiencies, in transportation, logistics and e-commerce environment, in an international context.
  • Minimum of 5 years significant experience in cross-functional projects management involving IT systems and process evolution, internal audit, or organization consulting.
  • Excellent English & French skills, a third relevant language is appreciated.

  • Project management in transversal position
  • 360° understanding of company functions and dependencies
  • Solid skills in project or program management, service design, IT and digital, with logistics experience a plus.
  • Change management experience, adaptable to transformation environments.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and simplify for decision-makers.
  • Fluent English required.
