Your Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales & Key Account Management - Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in target international markets - Build and expand relationships with industrial clients, analyzing their needs and developing tailored solutions - Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of competitive technical and commercial proposals - Develop and execute an effective sourcing strategy, assessing supplier capabilities and optimizing partnerships - Gather competitive intelligence to fine-tune market strategies and stay ahead of industry trends Market Expansion & Brand Positioning - Strengthen the company's presence by driving brand visibility in international markets - Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and business forums to establish a strong market footprint - Recommend and drive new policies, product innovations, and partnership models aligned with evolving market opportunities - Work closely with internal teams to align commercial and technical strategies, ensuring seamless execution of projects P&L Ownership & Business Growth - Take full ownership of the P&L and ensure profitable, scalable growth - Drive market penetration by developing and executing a structured commercial expansion strategy - Optimize the sales pipeline, from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring long-term order book growth - Define and implement the annual strategic roadmap, setting ambitious targets for revenue and market share expansion - Ensure sustainable year-over-year business growth through effective financial planning and execution
Your Profile : Strategic Leader with a Global Mindset Qualifications & Experience - Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Water Treatment, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry preferred) - 6+ years of experience in international business development, P&L management, and strategic sales - Proven expertise in managing large-scale industrial projects and negotiating high-value contracts - Strong understanding of global B2B sales cycles, supply chains, and international business operations - Fluent in English Key Skills & Strengths - P&L Management : Financial acumen with a strong focus on profitability and business performance - Growth Strategy & Market Expansion : Experience in scaling international sales operations - Commercial Leadership : Ability to drive negotiations, close deals, and manage key accounts - Business Intelligence & Strategic Planning : Ability to analyze data, anticipate trends, and implement innovative strategies - Cross-functional Leadership : Experience working across technical, commercial, and operational teams to drive success - Travel Requirement : 10 days per month for international market engagement Compensation & Benefits - Permanent contract (CDI) - Executive status - Competitive salary : €80-95K fixed + 30% performance-based bonus (uncapped) + profit-sharing plan - Company car - Flexible work model : 1 remote day per week - Strong career growth potential within the organization Location : Val d'Oise (95), IdF, France Recruitment Process Fast-track hiring process : - Video interview (60 min) - On-site meeting with HR & Leadership Team Ready to take full ownership of an international business unit and drive impactful global growth?
