Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales & Key Account Management - Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in target international markets
- Build and expand relationships with industrial clients, analyzing their needs and developing tailored solutions
- Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of competitive technical and commercial proposals
- Develop and execute an effective sourcing strategy, assessing supplier capabilities and optimizing partnerships
- Gather competitive intelligence to fine-tune market strategies and stay ahead of industry trends - Market Expansion & Brand Positioning - Strengthen the company's presence by driving brand visibility in international markets
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and business forums to establish a strong market footprint
- Recommend and drive new policies, product innovations, and partnership models aligned with evolving market opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to align commercial and technical strategies, ensuring seamless execution of projects - P&L Ownership & Business Growth - Take full ownership of the P&L and ensure profitable, scalable growth
- Drive market penetration by developing and executing a structured commercial expansion strategy
- Optimize the sales pipeline, from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring long-term order book growth
- Define and implement the annual strategic roadmap, setting ambitious targets for revenue and market share expansion
- Ensure sustainable year-over-year business growth through effective financial planning and execution
