Camino Search has partnered with a dynamic, European-based B2B SaaS rollup backed by highly regarded investors with a proven track record.

The company aims to acquire founder-led B2B SaaS businesses across Europe with ARR between €1-10M, with plans for global expansion.

Position Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial M&A Director with a strong background in B2B SaaS and experience in building and developing an M&A function from the ground up. In this role, you will lead deal execution, contribute to deal origination, and play a key role in shaping the future M&A strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Significant experience in the European B2B Software landscape is a plus.
  • Previous track record with relevant Software Consolidators, Mid-Cap Private Equity Software Funds, Buy-and-build platforms in other sectors.
  • Seasoned corporate M&A executive, ideally experienced in working with PE-backed companies, exhibiting a track record of executing on deals at volume.
  • International experience of M&A or expansion of a business unit (preferably buy & build).
  • Demonstrable process, governance, and operational expertise to the successful integration of acquired businesses.
  • Aptitude to adapt in a dynamic environment.
