PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Business Transformation Services (BTS), part of SAP Cloud Success & Delivery organization (CS&D), is a global organization with central expertise and local customer-centric teams. BTS's core mission is to drive the digitalization of our customers via Innovation & Transformation Roadmaps, management consulting, business value generation, process redesign, and organizational change management.

Successful candidates in SAP BTS should possess:

• A genuine passion for driving client success and delivering business outcomes through technology.
• Trustworthiness and demeanor to act as a trusted advisor at C-level from both business and technology perspectives.
• A collaborative and influential style to build networks and operate effectively within a complex matrix organization.
• Energy and perseverance in challenging client engagements.
• Expertise in business process optimization, business case development, roadmap design, and KPI-based value measurement.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Management Consulting or Advisory Services, with strong change management skills.
• Ability to develop and articulate SAP S/4HANA roadmaps tailored to client needs, with strong business process experience in SAP contexts.
• Experience in assessing SAP landscapes and business processes.
• Knowledge of deployment scenarios (greenfield, brownfield, hybrid).
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate into SAP transformations.
• Advisory experience in SAP transformations, including process re-engineering, landscape strategy, IT planning, and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills.
• Experience working with ENR and Utilities industries is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
