Business Transformation Services (BTS), part of SAP Cloud Success & Delivery organization (CS&D), is a global organization with central expertise and local customer-centric teams. BTS's core mission is to drive the digitalization of our customers via Innovation & Transformation Roadmaps, management consulting, business value generation, process redesign, and organizational change management.
