Business Transformation & Organizational Alignment

• Develop a business transformation strategy to support digital transformation and SAP implementation success.
• Collaborate on impact analysis and solution planning.
• Create detailed change management strategies aligned with SAP Activate methodology and our delivery model.
• Manage implementation in collaboration with project teams and client stakeholders.
• Act as a coach or mentor to ensure solution adoption and continuous improvement.
• Design transition-to-operation strategies for ongoing transformation.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Facilitate meetings to assess change readiness and impact.
• Analyze stakeholder groups and impacts thoroughly.
• Empower sponsors and project members for effective contribution.
• Evaluate and recommend actions based on change adaptation assessments.
• Develop and lead communication plans aligned with stakeholder analysis.

Training of Project Team and End Users

• Assess training needs for SAP implementation and change agents.
• Develop training strategies and plans for project teams and end-users.
• Implement train-the-trainer programs and oversee training material preparation.
• Follow up on training effectiveness and ongoing needs post-launch.

Performance and Value Analysis

• Assist clients in defining success factors and value drivers.
• Monitor and evaluate performance indicators and change management outcomes.
• Provide recommendations for improvement based on metrics.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field related to change management or business transformation.
• Over 10 years of experience in change management or business transformation.
• Experience with technology projects, especially SAP, is highly valued.
• Consulting experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, Six Sigma) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Gamification skills are an asset.
