Alignerr, a remote-focused education platform, is seeking experienced postsecondary Business instructors to shape how AI systems understand business concepts such as strategy, operations, and finance.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your teaching experience does the heavy lifting. No AI background required, and you can work on your own schedule with 10–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of management, strategy, operations, and finance.
• Ability to evaluate business reasoning in writing.

Responsabilités

• Design and review business questions and real-world scenarios used to train AI systems.
• Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance.
• Provide structured written feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level

• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form
• Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering detailed, constructive feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Real-world industry or applied business experience
• Familiarity with AI tools, content evaluation, or instructional design
