You will craft case studies and training data across management, marketing, finance, and organizational behavior, ensuring clarity and pedagogical effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of teaching at college/university level, strong communication skills, and familiarity with LMS tools to support innovative AI education

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Postsecondary Business Educator (Professor, Lecturer, Instructor) at a college or university.
• Strong ability to design curricula and deliver engaging lectures.
• Experience with learning management systems and educational technology is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, case studies, and assessment questions covering various business disciplines for AI training.
• Evaluate AI-generated explanations of complex business concepts for clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical effectiveness.
• Create structured training data on management theories and their applications.
• Evaluate content related to marketing strategies, financial analysis, and human resource management with expert insights.
• Provide detailed feedback on AI's ability to explain concepts at different levels of complexity and engage diverse learners.
• Develop scenarios for AI to provide tailored feedback on student assignments or answers to common business queries.
