As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) ERP Manager , you will be a key player in the implementation and overall support of this system. You will collaborate with business and technical engineers in China to optimize our operational practices and deploy strategic solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Model and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications for finance and accounting functions
• Model the company's processes and data for all business operations: from order to cash, procure-to-payment and reporting...
• Provide quality solutions to end users: design, development, integration, data migration, documentation
• Coordinate with IT and business teams system’s evolutions and corrections
• Design and implement custom features and corrections as needed
• Define test cases and scenarios to validate solutions
• Manage security and access permissions
• Implement integrations with other third-party applications
• Create data migration, integration mappings and organize data cleansing
• Apply agile project management approaches
• Define and customize reports and dashboards
• Train users, document and provide the user functional and technical support

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Advanced degree in computer science or accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Proficiency in financial modules: GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Project Accounting, Stock management etc.
• Fluency in English
• Strong project management skills, autonomy, capacity to prioritize
• Proven experience in multinational organizations
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to give instructions, information to a non-technical audience
• Ability to work with a variety of users, from senior management to field users
