Le candidat idéal possède une formation en ingénierie et au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine avec de solides compétences en communication et en analyse.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en opérations d'entrepôt.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Capacité analytique forte.

Responsabilités

  • Définir et prioriser les besoins fonctionnels et rédiger des spécifications.
  • Concevoir et exécuter des plans de test pour ces fonctionnalités.
  • Former les utilisateurs clés et les soutenir pendant les tests.

Your role

The Business Process Owner (BPO) is responsible for developing business processes, products, and services related to warehouse operations within the EMEA Rx Operations organization. The goal is to maximize the added value of these processes for users, customers, and the group.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Defining and prioritizing functional needs and writing specifications
  • Designing and executing test plans for these functionalities
  • Creating user guides and documentation
  • Training key users and supporting them during testing and rollout
  • Regular communication with stakeholders, Business Units, Operations, and IT about product functionalities and updates, including leading workshops and participating in user communities or business expert groups

The technical areas for the BPO Warehouse Management include Reception/Putaway on Inbound and Scheduling/Picking on Outbound. The role also involves interfacing with teams dedicated to Replenishment and Demand & Planning topics.

Your profile

  • Educational background in Engineering
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Warehouse operations
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
