HCLTech is seeking a Business Process Management (BPM) Lead / Manager to oversee and enhance business processes within a hybrid work environment based in Paris. The ideal candidate will possess 12+ years of BPM experience, with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, alongside expertise in tools like Bizagi and Appian. This role requires excellent stakeholder management and communication prowess to drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Business Process Management, 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in process mapping, optimization, and automation techniques.
  • BPM certifications (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.

Job Role- Business Process Management (BPM) Lead / Manager

Location : Paris, France

Mode of Work : Hybrid

Job Decription :

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Business Process Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end process management and reengineering, preferably in \[industry-specific].
  • Strong knowledge of BPM tools (e.g., Bizagi, Appian, Pega, or others).
  • Expertise in process mapping, process optimization, and automation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • BPM certifications (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.
  • Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-level process automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments.
