Job Description

You join the Regulatory Reporting team in Operations as a Business Process Expert. You will be responsible for producing reports at the fund level required by regulations or clients to ensure compliance. These include annual reports for mutual funds, employee mutual funds, EPT - PRIIPS, TPT – Solvency 2, periodic annexes, website disclosures, EET - SFDR, report LEC – Loi Energie Climat, transactional reporting such as EMIR, SFTR, MiFID, and reporting for AIFM and MMF.

Your daily tasks include:

• Coordinate and control the production of regulatory reports at the product level with affiliates and service providers, overseeing third-party report production;
• Monitor regulatory developments by participating in NIM’s on-site and internal working groups related to Compliance, Risk, and Public Affairs;
• Evaluate operational impacts of regulatory changes on report production;
• Optimize processes and tools for report production in collaboration with service providers, IT teams, and affiliates;
• Respond to audit requests and specific client inquiries.

As a Business Process Expert in Regulatory Reporting, you will participate in developing NIM-Os, which operate on behalf of affiliated managers within a secure framework to minimize non-compliance risks.
