Prepare and analyze business performance reports, including financial and operational metrics.
Create high-impact presentations and memos for leadership meetings.
Support in business planning, budgeting, and tracking key initiatives.
Assist in drafting reports, board presentations, and submissions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Track and manage the execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
Support in streamlining business processes to improve efficiency.
Manage high-level meetings, including agenda setting, minutes preparation, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely execution of strategic decisions by coordinating with relevant teams.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualifications
University degree or higher in one of the following: Banking, finance, business administration, investment, insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
Experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or financial analysis within a banking/financial services organization.
Exposure to digital transformation and fintech-related initiatives is a plus.
5+ years of experience in banking/financial services, preferably in Executive offices, business planning, or project management roles.
Proven experience in creating high-quality presentations, reports, and business documents.
Knowledgeable about products and services for priority customers, elite customers (individuals), especially deposits, investment, insurance, credit cards, loans.
Specialization in intensive report analysis.
Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business analytics tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
Self-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Good teamwork skills.
