  • Optimiser la performance commerciale des marques dans les régions MEA, APAC et Amériques.
  • Analyser et surveiller les résultats commerciaux pour chaque région.

Job Description

The role is fundamentally matricial, requiring close collaboration with multiple teams and senior leaders, including the Chief Commercial Officer of each business unit, their CODIR, and departments such as Finance, Distribution, Loyalty & Partnership, Marketing, and Digital Factory.

Main mission: Ensure business performance optimization for MEA, APAC, and Americas Power Brands scope.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Optimizing topline business performance of MEA, APAC, and Americas Power Brands by consistent interaction with CCOs and their teams.
  2. Sharing context, strategy, challenges, and opportunities of each region with central teams in a clear and comprehensive manner.
  3. Monitoring and analyzing topline results and fees for each region or country.
  4. Identifying and raising challenges, opportunities, and needs across channels and segments in each region or country.
  5. Supporting teams in developing and monitoring commercial action plans aligned with group strategy.
  6. Designing commercial targets for each region in line with the overall business plan and hotel budgets.
  7. Ensuring alignment between Finance and Business teams on performance metrics and contributing to financial communication and performance reviews with commercial insights.
  8. Acting as the advocate for MEA, APAC, and Americas Power Brands, serving as the entry point between central and regional teams.
  9. Participating actively in business strategy and governance processes.

Qualifications

The role requires two key skill sets: analytical and interpersonal. A strong understanding of Accor's business models and hotel distribution is essential.

Requirements include:

  • Business School or Hotel Management degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in distribution, revenue management, or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of distribution and revenue management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate clearly.
  • Tact and persuasive abilities.
  • Cross-functional expertise with coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Scope encompasses 2,500 hotels across 60+ countries.
