Qualifications

  • Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en distribution, gestion des revenus ou analyse commerciale.
  • Compréhension des modèles commerciaux d'Accor et de la distribution hôtelière requis.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais.

  • Optimiser la performance des marques Power des régions MEA, APAC et Amériques.
  • Surveiller et analyser les résultats de performance et les frais.
  • Agir en tant qu'interlocuteur entre les équipes centrales et régionales.

Job Description

The role is fundamentally matricial, requiring collaboration with many teams and senior leaders, including the Chief Commercial Officer of each business unit, their CODIR, and teams in Finance, Distribution, Loyalty & Partnership, Marketing, and Digital Factory.

Main Mission: Ensure business performance optimization for MEA, APAC, and Americas Power Brands.

Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize the topline performance of MEA, APAC, and Americas Power Brands by regular interaction with the CCO and their teams.
  2. Share context, strategy, challenges, and opportunities of each region with central teams in a clear and comprehensive manner.
  3. Monitor and analyze topline results and fees for each region/country.
  4. Identify and raise challenges, opportunities, and needs across channels and segments in each region/country.
  5. Support teams in developing and monitoring commercial action plans aligned with group strategy.
  6. Design commercial targets for each region consistent with the group business plan and hotel budgets.
  7. Ensure alignment between Finance and Business on performance metrics and contribute insights for financial communication and performance reviews.
  8. Act as the advocate for MEA, APAC, and Americas Power Brands, serving as the entry point between central and regional teams.
  9. Participate actively in business strategy and governance processes.

Qualifications

The role requires two key skill sets: analytical and interpersonal. A strong understanding of Accor's business models and hotel distribution is mandatory.

Requirements include:

  • Business School or Hotel Management degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in distribution, revenue management, or business analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of distribution and revenue management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tact and persuasive abilities
  • Cross-functional coordination skills
  • Fluency in English
