In the Strategic Cost Management (SCM) function, we provide accurate, relevant, and effective management information (MI), help stakeholders understand tactical and strategic options, make tangible recommendations, and provide analysis to influence and support business decisions. Business partnering is a crucial element of what we do within SCM.
What you will do:
The Business Partner, Cost Management will oversee indirect and intercompany expenses for HBCE Continental Europe. Working with the Head of Strategic Cost Management, HBCE, this role will ensure transparency of costs across Group, CGCIO, GCOO, and Functions to lines of business.
The role involves reporting indirect expenses to improve transparency, coordinating intercompany charges, and engaging with senior management within HBCE markets, regional Finance, and Global ServCo management, requiring credibility and gravitas.
