Endeavour is seeking a passionate European Business Operations Manager to join its global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. This role focuses on coordinating business operations and expansion activities across Europe, supporting the organization’s mission to transform infrastructure through sustainable solutions.

The ideal candidate is agile, trustworthy, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should be strategic thinkers, comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with leadership on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations.
3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and growth goals.
4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant with technical communications and customer requests.
5. Provide executive support during European business hours, ensuring coordination across time zones.
6. Participate in strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
7. Identify operational efficiencies and propose solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
