We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focused on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This role is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.

The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works equally well independently or in a team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to take on challenges, and ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Works with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  • Supports the establishment and management of European offices and teams for seamless operations and customer experience.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  • Works with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  • Provides executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours.
  • Attends daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities.
  • Contributes to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and presents solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management or a technical business function.
  • Fluent French and English required.
  • Technically adept and comfortable with technical issues or customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
  • Energetic, able to handle chaos, productive with little direction.
  • Desire to learn and grow, take on responsibility, and see the bigger picture.
