We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, and focused on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This role is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.

The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works equally well independently as with a team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to take on challenges, and ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Works with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Supports the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Works with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provides executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours.
  6. Attends daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities.
  7. Contributes to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identifies opportunities for improvement and presents solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues or customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow, responsible.
