Job Description:

Endeavour is seeking a passionate European Business Operations Manager to join our innovative team focused on transforming global infrastructure through sustainability. This role involves coordinating business operations and expansion activities across Europe, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on organizational strategies across Europe.
• Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, finance, marketing, and other teams to align operations with sustainability goals.
• Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant with technical communications and customer requests.
• Provide executive support during European business hours.
• Participate in daily check-ins to stay aligned on priorities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
