Job Description:

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company transforming the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe, supporting the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributing to the organization’s success.

The European Business Operations Manager should be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Key qualities include trustworthiness with confidential information, high organization, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable interpreting technical issues and responding to customer needs.
  • Qualities: Quick learner, analytical mindset, passion for sustainability and innovation, excellent communication and collaboration skills, tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated.
