We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This position is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.

The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and can work independently as well as part of a team. They should be self-motivated, eager to take on challenges, and ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for improvement and present solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Technical skills: Comfortable interpreting and responding to technical issues or customer needs.
  • Attributes: Quick learner, analytical, passionate about sustainability and innovation, excellent communication and collaboration skills, tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven, motivated by challenges, independent, eager to learn and grow, able to see the big picture.
