YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT:

Nestlé is looking for its future Business Operations Lead within its Nestlé Waters Premium Beverage business. As a Business Operations Lead, you will work within the Business Development Team for Northern Europe and Latin America, ensuring end to end excellence for our distributor partners and supporting the Business Development Managers achieve key business growth KPIs.

You will be responsible for:

• Co-ordinating with production planning, supply chain, logistics, regulatory, packaging, and customer service to ensure compliant, optimized on time in full service level to our distribution partners.
• Using Power BI to generate insights on demand forecasting and logistics optimization.
• Ensuring distributor compliance with quality standards through audits.
• Training distributor teams on quality protocols.
• Managing priorities and resolving operational issues.
• Supporting the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction through full compliant supply of all relevant Perrier, S.Pellegrino, San Pellegrino and Aqua Panna skus.

ABOUT YOU:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG supply chain or commercial project management.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented leader who thrives in cross-cultural environments.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Soft Skills: High EQ, resilience, and a passion for mentoring teams.
• Advanced analytical skills, particularly with Power BI.
• Ability to train and audit teams.
