Your mission :

The Global Subscription Sales organization is building a best-in-class team in support of Stellantis' new Software Group. We are seeking a talented Manager, Global Business Model & Customer Insight. This role is pivotal in shaping subscription offerings, driving customer value, and ensuring our solutions remain competitive globally. Responsibilities include defining packaging strategies, developing financial models, and leading customer insights research to inform business decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive revenue growth, strategic alignment, and meet evolving customer needs. This position offers a tremendous opportunity to impact subscription revenue and transform the automotive industry.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Packaging Strategy & Business Model Development
  • Develop packaging strategies and business models for connected services, aligned with customer expectations.
  • Define frameworks for features in MSRP, subscription offers, or feature-on-demand (FOD) models.
  • Balance global scalability with regional adaptations to maximize adoption and engagement.
  • Business Case Creation & Financial Modeling
    • Create comprehensive business cases for new services, features, packaging, or pricing changes.
    • Manage financial models to evaluate revenue, adoption, and profitability.
    • Use data-driven insights to assess customer behavior, predict churn, and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Customer Insights & Market Research
    • Conduct deep customer insights research on willingness to pay, adoption behaviors, and pain points.
    • Refine packaging strategies, trial offers, and pricing based on insights.
    • Develop customer segmentation frameworks to tailor offers.
  • Influence & Collaboration
    • Advise regional teams on packaging and business models.
    • Collaborate with SWX Global Subscription Strategy, Marketing, Business Insights, and Customer Journey teams.
    • Align strategies with senior executives, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
    • Track KPIs and use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
    • Identify underperforming features and recommend actions to enhance conversion, retention, and revenue.

    Profil

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in business modeling, pricing strategy, or customer insights, preferably in subscription services, automotive, or tech sectors.
    • Strong analytical skills, financial modeling, and ROI analysis expertise.
    • Experience in market research, customer trend analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
    • Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or Data Science.
    • Experience in defining business models in software, connected services, or digital ecosystems.
    • Knowledge of automotive industry trends, especially in connected services, EV ecosystems, or in-vehicle digital experiences.
