Job Description: Business Innovation Manager (Easy24)

Want to join a fast-moving company, work with convivial teams, and participate in the global growth strategy of a prestigious portfolio in the wine & spirits industry? We are seeking a Business Innovation Manager for Easy24. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Easy24 is an eB2B platform created by Pernod Ricard, enabling trade outlets (bars, restaurants, etc.) to order products from wholesalers, including non-Pernod Ricard and non-wine & spirits items. The platform has been live for 4 years and is experiencing exponential growth. Reporting to the Global Head of Business, the Easy24 Manager will be a passionate intrapreneur responsible for platform continuity and improvement, translating strategic ambitions into a deployment roadmap, managing resources, and expanding the platform's reach.

Your Role

You will be the project lead for Easy24:

• Ensure agile collaboration between business and product teams
• Evaluate feature requests with the Product Owner
• Ensure adoption of the product roadmap by business teams

You will foster high engagement and focus within Easy24 and Pernod Ricard teams:

• Maintain close proximity with Market Companies to ensure Easy24's strategic relevance
• Proactively identify roadblocks and propose solutions
• Promote an entrepreneurial mindset across teams
• Focus teams on key priorities
• Build and grow the Easy24 community for best practice exchange and learning
• Propose organizational and process improvements

You will implement and monitor the deployment roadmap:

• Track implementation progress
• Monitor KPIs, especially adoption metrics among wholesalers and trade outlets
• Gather user feedback to inform product strategy
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI and suggest adjustments
• Assess and challenge local deployment strategies

You will maximize value for Pernod Ricard and stakeholders:

• Develop methodology to measure Easy24's impact on P&L
• Enhance Easy24's impact on P&L and partner outcomes
• Regularly evaluate results and strategic ambitions

Candidate Profile

• Business, engineering, or related master's degree with finance specialization
• 3-5 years experience in consulting or FP&A, with skills in business analysis and reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (P&L, balance sheet)
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and data visualization tools like Power BI (a plus)
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, curious, and committed to operational excellence
• Autonomous, agile, and effective in business partnering
• Rigorous with strong analytical communication skills, fluent in French and English
