emagine is seeking a Business / Functional Analyst - Supply Chain.

Duration: > 12 months

Start: ASAP

Location: Full remote (France based)

Summary

The main purpose of this role is to support the IT team in optimizing supply chain logistics through effective reporting and functional specifications. The analyst will serve as a liaison between the IT team and business units to enhance supply chain performance and ensure compliance with regulations.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units and the Center of Excellence to define functional specifications for reporting on supply chain metrics.
• Coordinate with IT teams to build and deliver reporting solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for supply chain reporting and issue resolution.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of reporting applications such as BW and QlikSense.
• Ensure compliance with export control regulations, specifically ITAR & EAR.
• Support efforts for CMMC compliance and familiarize with its requirements.
• Understand IT architecture, application integration, and APIs.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain planning & logistics.
• Strong functional knowledge of reporting applications (e.g., BW, QlikSense).
• Familiarity with export control regulations (ITAR & EAR).
• Basic knowledge of CMMC compliance requirements.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to IT architecture and application integration.
• Understanding of APIs.

Other Details

Context: Support the IT team and liaise with business units and the Center of Excellence.

Focus Areas: Forecast accuracy, inventory projections, inventory quality reporting, capacity utilization.
