Business Developer Manager
Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities:
- Define critical markets and identify new customers within the assigned sales territory.
- Plan strategy and develop key relationships to establish a strong foundation for solution selling.
- Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts involved in design opportunities and existing business challenges.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, particularly concerning supply chain management and value-added services.
- Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR).
- Present strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, create demand, and improve customer service.
Your profile:
- Four-year degree and 3-5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience in OMNISSA or a similar field.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities.
- Experience in creating demand for Arrow products and services.
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to specify, select, and resolve electronic board designs with Arrow franchised suppliers.
- Ability to promote and sell the value-added, supply chain, and full lifecycle programs offered by Arrow.
- Knowledge of sales tracking systems, Salesforce.com, Oracle, and establishing relationships with key suppliers.
- Experience interacting with vendors and customers in technical and engineering environments.
- Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
