Position:

Business Developer Manager

Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Define critical markets and identify new customers within the assigned sales territory.
  2. Plan strategy and develop key relationships to establish a strong foundation for solution selling.
  3. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts involved in design opportunities and existing business challenges.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction, particularly concerning supply chain management and value-added services.
  5. Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR).
  6. Present strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, create demand, and improve customer service.

Your profile:

  • Four-year degree and 3-5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience in OMNISSA or a similar field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities.
  • Experience in creating demand for Arrow products and services.
  • Ability to work with engineers and designers to specify, select, and resolve electronic board designs with Arrow franchised suppliers.
  • Ability to promote and sell the value-added, supply chain, and full lifecycle programs offered by Arrow.
  • Knowledge of sales tracking systems, Salesforce.com, Oracle, and establishing relationships with key suppliers.
  • Experience interacting with vendors and customers in technical and engineering environments.
  • Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
