Ce stage offre une expérience significative en vente B2B, permettant d'avoir un impact direct sur la croissance de la marque et le succès des campagnes de collecte de fonds. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les co-fondateurs et participerez à un environnement dynamique et inclusif où votre voix compte.

  • Communication persuasive et facilitée.

Responsabilités

  • Identifier et contacter des ONG et associations.
  • Assurer la gestion de la CRM et des processus.

OuiRace (https://www.ouirace.com) is a connected running app that brings together runners and fitness enthusiasts through a unique digital experience. The app allows users to participate in connected races with friends, colleagues, or the OuiRace community, no matter where they are. With a fair competition system based on time correction, engaging features, and a fresh way to run together remotely, OuiRace is reshaping the running world.

To accelerate our growth and multiply our social impact, we are looking for a Sales Intern to help us develop partnerships with charity organizations and ambassadors. You will work closely with the co-founders and the communication team to generate leads, pitch our solution, and convert opportunities into impactful digital races.

MISSIONS

Charity Race Partnerships (Main Focus)

  • Identify NGOs, foundations, and associations likely to benefit from a digital race fundraising event.
  • Reach out to potential partners via email, LinkedIn, and calls to present the OuiRace concept.
  • Follow up with leads and guide them through the onboarding and race creation process.
  • Maintain a CRM and help build scalable outreach processes.
  • Support the organization of connected races (briefs, coordination, documentation).
  • Support the ambassador recruitment strategy to grow the OuiRace community.
  • Monitor ambassador performance and ensure communication flow and engagement.
  • Suggest incentives and follow up on community feedback.

EDUCATION

  • Preferably in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree, or enrolled in a Master’s program in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sport Management, or a related field.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (written & spoken).
  • Natural ease with outreach (emails, phone, LinkedIn) and persuasive communication.
  • Organized and results-oriented, capable of managing leads and tracking progress.
  • Autonomous and proactive in generating opportunities.
  • Interest in running, fundraising, and/or social impact is a big plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, fundraising, or event organization is appreciated but not mandatory.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

  • Internship agreement contract required.
  • Location: Remote, with possible travel (France).
  • The intern must be enrolled in a university for the entire duration of the internship.
