Your Role in VT Markets
As a Business Development (BD) Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading a team of Business Development Executives and managing client and partner acquisition efforts across your assigned region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing IB / affiliate relationships, and ensuring the BD team hits performance benchmarks. Working closely with regional and global teams, your role will help scale our reach and strengthen our brand presence.
Please note : This role is specifically intended for candidates who already manage an active, high-performing team capable of driving immediate impact.
This is a remote-based position based in France.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Key Responsibilities
Deploy and manage your existing BD team to support aggressive market expansion goals. Define clear KPIs and lead through data-driven performance tracking.
Utilize your network to onboard IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners. Drive volume, retention, and revenue through established and new relationships.
Identify opportunities in regional markets. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that suit local client behaviors and regulatory landscapes.
4 Performance Coaching & Enablement
Provide guidance and support to your team. Foster a high-performance culture through mentoring, sales training, and regular feedback.
5 Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams to align strategic goals and optimize partner experience.
6 Reporting & Compliance
Ensure your team adheres to company policies and regional compliance requirements. Deliver timely and accurate reporting to management.
