Scope :
You will be accountable for developing and securing revenue and market share from new customers. Also, improving business development processes for all services across verticals: oil & gas, energy, construction, and projects with strong clientele.
Responsibilities :
Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), prepare presentations, and monitor sales leads and responses.
Develop and implement sales plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
Prepare annual budgets and monthly management reports.
Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify opportunities for creating value.
Work closely with sales and operations management to develop creative solutions to customer needs, leveraging value creation opportunities.
Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and deepen market penetration.
Hold regular meetings with clients and operations staff to evaluate performance, address challenges, and discuss future plans.
Support marketing initiatives and share product and service knowledge across the company.
Job Requirements :
Qualifications / Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred (or an equivalent combination of work and education).
Must have a charismatic and confident personality, along with a strong work ethic.
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience preferred.
Knowledge :
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
Ability to work under pressure.
