Scope

You will be responsible for developing and securing revenue and market share from existing and new customers. Additionally, you will work on improving business development processes for specific services and products with strong sales engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), prepare presentations, and monitor sales leads and responses.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Prepare annual and monthly budgets and reports, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify value creation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop creative solutions to customer needs.
  • Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and deepen market penetration.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and relevant staff to evaluate performance and discuss challenges and future plans.
  • Provide marketing support and internal knowledge sharing for all products and services.
  • Ensure timely action before shipping to guarantee collections are processed swiftly.
  • Achieve and surpass performance goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Charismatic, confident personality with excellent work ethic.
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
