Scope :

You will be responsible for developing and securing revenue and market share from existing clients and new business. Additionally, you will improve business development processes for specific services and products with strong sales engagement.

Responsibilities :
  • Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), prepare presentations, and monitor sales leads and responses.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Prepare annual and monthly budgets and reports, and achieve targeted budgets.
  • Build strategic relationships with key contacts within client organizations to identify value creation opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to develop creative solutions that meet customer needs and create value.
  • Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and deepen market penetration.
  • Hold regular meetings with clients and operations staff to evaluate performance and discuss challenges and future plans.
  • Provide marketing support and product knowledge within the company.
  • Ensure timely collection before shipment to prevent delays.
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals.
Job Requirements :

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Charismatic and confident personality with a strong work ethic.
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
