We are currently looking for a Business Development (Sales Executive) who is passionate about architecture and has the drive to connect visionary design with potential clients. In this role, you won’t just be selling services — you’ll be representing a unique architectural identity rooted in culture and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage prospective clients — from inbound leads to successful project deals — using a strategic, consultative approach.

Actively pursue and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to align client needs with architectural solutions.

Prepare regular sales reports and manage client data for performance tracking and strategic planning.

Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting the unique value of Balinese architectural design.

Willing to travel domestically or internationally when required for business purposes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or Business Development role (experience in architecture or consulting is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Outgoing personality, confident, client-oriented, and solution-driven.

Target-oriented and highly self-motivated.

Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Willing to travel for client meetings or project coordination when needed.
