Description du poste

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our International team in Paris. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new leads, introducing Yousign’s solution to potential customers, and qualifying sales opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Use a mix of cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling to generate new leads in the Italian market.
  • Speak with Italian small and medium businesses to understand their needs and explain how Yousign can help.
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Product teams to improve the customer journey, refine messaging, and share feedback.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date and ensure accurate data. Share your sales pipeline and report on daily activity clearly.

About You

You will be the first point of contact for potential Italian clients. To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Have at least 2 years of full-time professional experience (internships not included), ideally in sales within the tech industry. Experience in consulting is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English and Italian (mandatory - bonus if you speak more than one of those);
  • Know how to adapt your communication style depending on who you're talking to.
  • Communicate clearly, both in writing and in conversation.
  • Stay organized and focus on the most important tasks.
  • Must be able to work from Paris, France. If you're relocating, we’ll support you with a relocation package.
