Business Development Representative German speaking (Remote Working Possible), Paris

About the role

In this Business Development role, you will focus on prospecting, owning outreach and go-to-market strategy execution within your designated accounts. You will operate with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset, driving interactions, and building relationships. Your goal will be to establish a solid and sustainable sales pipeline across Blue Yonder’s market-leading portfolio and platform. You will work closely with teams including Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Industry Strategy, and Solution Advisory, as part of a highly skilled EMEA Business Development team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account outreach plans and strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and events to effectively position Blue Yonder
  • Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and ABM activities
  • Engage target accounts proactively using various tools
  • Qualify and discover client requirements, lead presentations and discussions with senior audiences
  • Build internal and external relationships
  • Participate in event planning, execution, and follow-up to generate new opportunities
  • Maintain motivation, focus, and agility; seek guidance and share ideas with peers

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Business Development experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience engaging with Tier 1 industries and large, complex retailers and manufacturers
  • Proven success in similar roles
  • Strong relationship-building, qualification, and account engagement skills
  • Fast learner and team player
  • Curious and open-minded attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, MS Office, and collaboration tools
