This team collaborates with our entire sales teams in EMEAR to drive sales and gain market shares in existing and new markets. Business Development Representative Inbound is responsible for opening and/or qualifying leads according to Dassault Systèmes’ Sales Process, understanding our customers needs and challenges, strategically working with key stakeholders to advise on best solutions moving forward and work alongside a diverse team and leadership team. In this role, you will contribute to building our pipeline and revenue by generating and qualifying leads for clients within different industries to position our broad portfolio of solutions.

Your Role:

• Driving net new Business from our Inbound Business revenue streams, driving growth pipeline into the overall business and strategically supporting customers on their journey with Dassault Systemes
• Research and Identify key decision makers for targeted Initiatives & Accounts
• Research and follow key target accounts and industry trends. Follow long and complex sales cycles.
• Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision makers to drive the sales process forward
• Lead qualification, coordinate complex decision-making processes and overcome objections in order to maximize opportunities.
• Collaboration with our Global Marketing teams, Business Planning teams, Technical Support teams and our essential inside learning team to support your growth
• Identify the needs and Customers Business Drivers – Direct customer or Partner contact
• Qualify Leads by providing & justifying mandatory information as per our sales process

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Lead generation/Telemarketing, Business Development, Field Marketing and/or Inside Sales experience
• Ability to develop strong relationship with sales teams and colleagues
• Ability to promote company’s value proposition demonstrated with sales goals that meet or exceed company goals
• Enterprise Software/High Tech Industry Experience desired (experience in Cloud - SaaS preferably)
• Aggressive self-starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and French (other languages will be a plus)
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Already based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
