Responsabilités

  • Effectuer des appels sortants associés aux e-mails (appels à froid).
  • Établir des relations avec les prospects.
  • Suivre les demandes des campagnes marketing.
  • Mettre à jour les informations dans le CRM.
  • Identifier et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Maintenir les prévisions et les rapports.
  • Participer à des formations sur les produits.
  • Assister aux réunions de vente sur le terrain.

The Business Development Representative responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects; building trust; uncovering compelling events; and presenting Kyriba's unique business value with the goal of developing a sales-ready opportunity. The Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth for our Northern European Channel.

Your duties are outlined below but are not limited to:

  1. Perform outbound calling activities combined with email (Cold Calls)
  2. Building rapport with contacts by offering resources and understanding where the prospect is in the buying process
  3. Follow-up on inquiries from marketing campaigns
  4. Gather key information to update the contact information in CRM
  5. Identify and qualify new opportunities
  6. Maintain forecast and reports; forecast to manager
  7. Enhance product knowledge through regularly scheduled training sessions
  8. Attend field sales meetings / training as appropriate
  9. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the field sales teams they support
  10. Provide qualified sales-ready leads to the field sales organization to further account development / penetration efforts
  11. Enter pertinent prospect information into CRM. Update and expand as interactions occur.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent spoken and written French
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical and business information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective listener to understand prospects' needs
  • Strong phone presence to enable effective prospecting and selling
  • Focused on delivering excellent service to clients
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated to achieve results
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Practical Experience:

  • Highly successful track record in inside sales or cold calling environment
  • Ability to handle high outbound call volume with corresponding high talk time
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to learn complex Treasury concepts and incorporate into daily interactions and conversations
  • Ability to build rapport with prospects and transition inquiries over time to the sales force
  • Strong prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Understand the customer's environment and introduce new concepts to solve customer problems
  • Effective listener to understand prospect needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders
