Divisional Manager - Legal BD, Marketing & Communications

Ambition are delighted to be working with a leading law firm in Paris to seek a talented and experienced Business Development & Marketing professional to join their growing team. This role will be pivotal in raising the firm's profile through strategic business development, marketing, and public relations activities.

The successful candidate will support the local regulatory attorneys and collaborate closely with the firm's Brussels office to develop and implement innovative strategies that expand client relationships, increase revenue, and enhance brand recognition.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting and producing pitches and proposals
• Conducting competitive intelligence and market research
• Implementing new business initiatives
• Planning and overseeing client and practice group events
• Identifying opportunities for new business and client growth across Europe and transatlantic
• Contributing to the firm's social media strategy and local video projects
• Managing lateral partner integration programs
• Supporting the development of client relationships through various initiatives

Experience required

• 3-5 years' Business Development & Marketing experience within legal or wider professional services
• Fluency in French and English (essential)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Experience in an international environment
