Join an award-winning, multi-licensed broker offering online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices. We're looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager fluent in Filipino and Chinese, with a strong background in Forex sales and an existing client portfolio.

Location : Remote, Philippines

Employment Type : Service Agreement

Industry : Online Trading / Financial Services

Compensation : Base salary + performance-based earnings

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Identify new business opportunities and drive growth

Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets

Conduct market research and provide insights to support strategic planning

Collaborate across departments to enhance business development initiatives

Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Requirements :

Fluent in Filipino (C1) and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin or Hokkien)

Minimum 3–4 years' experience in Forex with an active portfolio of clients

Strong knowledge of financial markets and CFD trading

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently

Degree in Business, Finance or related field (preferred)
