Accountabilities:

  • Build and refine the B2B sales strategy, contributing to the foundation of a high-performing sales organization.
  • Identify and engage high-potential corporate leads through outbound efforts, nurturing relationships that convert to revenue.
  • Deeply understand industry dynamics, stakeholder incentives, and client needs to deliver tailored, value-driven pitches.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to communicate client feedback and influence future product direction.
  • Use performance data to guide decision-making, optimize actions, and drive meaningful results.
  • Consistently deliver outstanding service across every client touchpoint to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrated drive and ambition with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning skills; able to solve complex challenges using structured thinking and first principles.
  • Strong team spirit, humility, and generosity — you support the best idea regardless of its origin and always lend a hand.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in business development, enterprise sales, or startup environments is a plus, though not required.
  • Competitive compensation tailored to experience level (e.g. €52,246–€143,330 or £54,545–£149,636).
