PIPECARE EUROPE [part of PIPECARE Group] is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (or going to be) to join our team in Europe, specializing in the oil and gas industry.

Position summary: The selected candidate will work to grow PIPECARE's customer base and introduce new clients to our in-line inspection services.

The role involves defining strategic goals, building key customer relationships, seeking new business contacts, guiding customers during contracting, and maintaining market knowledge.

The ideal candidate will lead sales strategies to drive revenue, establish key client relationships, and contribute to organizational success. Applications are accepted in English only.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans, forecast, budget, and monitor performance. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships, understand client needs, and ensure satisfaction. Act as a primary contact for key accounts.
  3. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Use market data to refine strategies.
  4. Negotiation and Contract Management: Assist in negotiations, ensure compliance, and learn contract processes.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams, especially technical and operations, to align sales efforts with delivery capabilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of relevant technical or sales experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Knowledge of pipelines or inspection services, market dynamics, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel; fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
