- Strategic Account Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close deals with large shipping companies, emphasizing the value of our solutions for their operations and supply chain visibility.
- Value-Based Selling: Demonstrate ROI and value of IoT solutions, communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for large maritime accounts, including account-based tactics and partnerships.
- Market Intelligence & Customer Insights: Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive threats.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to refine offerings and support customer success.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account insights to leadership.
Who You Are:
You’re strategic, agile, and a sales expert. Requirements include:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales, closing large deals, preferably in software/services related to supply chain or maritime technology.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of maritime and supply chain dynamics, with experience selling to shipping lines or logistics companies.
- Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to identify new business, build relationships, and close complex deals.
- Value Selling: Success in consultative, ROI-focused selling of software/services.

- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategies.
Nice-to-have Skills:
