Description du poste

Avanade is looking for Business Development Managers in Retail & Manufacturing who are deal hunters, originators, and self-starters capable of developing and winning new business in a complex consulting environment with sophisticated technology solutions. This role requires experience in net new sales, selling digital transformation and consulting services (e.g., cloud implementation, business applications integration) to enterprise clients in the sector.

Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish strong relationships within new and existing clients within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

  • Experience selling across multiple solution areas (Apps & Infra, Modern Workplace, Biz Apps, Data & AI), preferably enterprise-scale consulting engagements with global delivery.
  • Collaborating with Microsoft and other partners to grow the business.
  • Anticipating and applying effective solutions to obstacles.
  • Successfully closing complex deals as a business development hunter.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to address client needs.
  • Driving sales at the C-suite level in a solution-selling environment.
