Business Development Manager - Hotels and Hospitality

Our client is an internationally renowned interior design firm, specializing in high-end, innovative designs for the hospitality sector. Currently, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team and expand their presence across the Europe, Middle East, and Asia (EMEA) markets. This is a remote position that requires regular travel to meet potential clients and partners across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
2. Develop strategic relationships with clients and partners.
3. Drive growth and revenue within the designated regions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
2. Willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region.
3. Strong network and established relationships within the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, developers, architects, etc.).
4. Experience in selling interior design or related services in the hospitality industry.
5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing travel schedules and client meetings.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
